The file: Skeleton_Addin.PPT (in the Automation folder of your session CD) contains code that creates menu items, a toolbar and toolbar buttons. All you need to do is edit it and add your own code, then save as an add-in.
Save it someplace convenient, open it in PowerPoint and edit away.
